The daily maintenance of fully automatic packaging machine equipment generally includes daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, and monthly maintenance.
1、 Daily maintenance: Daily maintenance is carried out by equipment operators on duty, with careful attention paid before, during, and after work.
1. Before shift: Wipe the equipment and lubricate it according to regulations. Check whether the position of the handle and the manual operating parts are correct and flexible, check the wear of the suction cup, and if the wear is severe, replace it. Check whether the device is reliable. Check whether the transmission is normal and whether lubrication and cooling are smooth during low-speed operation.
2. In class: Pay attention to the sound of operation, the temperature, pressure, electrical and pneumatic systems of the equipment, instrument signals, and whether the safety is normal.
3. After shift: Turn off the switch. Remove dirt, wipe off oil stains on the equipment guide rail and sliding surfaces, and add oil. Clean the workplace, organize attachments and tools.

2. Control transmission: Check the technical condition of each part, tighten the loose parts, and adjust the fit clearance. Check interlocks and safety devices. Achieve normal and reliable transmission sound.
3. Electrical system: Wipe the motor, check insulation, and ground to achieve integrity, cleanliness, and reliability.

3、 Monthly maintenance: The monthly maintenance is carried out by equipment maintenance workers every month.
1. Check the chain: Check the tightness of the belt and the paper box conveyor belt, and ensure that the belt is firmly pressed with your fingers and the chain does not deviate significantly.
2. Check the wear of the box opener and replace the air filter.
3. Check if the motor belt has been replaced.
4. Add MP lubricating oil to the bearings every six months. Before adding, remove the old oil and replace the bearings according to their condition.
